Terms of Service

☆ By commissioning me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Service.☆ I (orandoggo) have the right to deny any commission I don't wish to work on, with or without a reason.☆ I do NOT work with minors! I only work with 18+ clients and that will never change.☆ Payment is required I send the finalized sketch to the client. Payments can be made through Ko-Fi.☆ NO REFUNDS will be given upon buyer request for any reason. A refund will only be given if I cannot finish the artwork and the refund is initiated by me (the artist, orandoggo) only.☆ Once the client uses up all (3) three changes in the sketching phase, once it had previously been agreed upon ready for lineart, a fee will be added onto the commission starting at $8 per change.☆ After at least (2) two weeks has passed since the commission was finished and then the client asks for further changes, a minimum fee of $20 is expected. Bigger changes may add extra fees.☆ I have the right to advertise every artwork I finish unless the client asked for it to be private, which doesn't have any additional fees.☆ .PSD file/s aren't available as an option for any digital artwork commission.☆ The client and only the client has the rights to use the digital product for personal use (e.i. repost on their account, nowhere else) and cannot be sold as merchandise.☆ Do not remove my signature from any of my artworks.☆ Editing any of my finished commissions and/or other artworks aren't allowed.☆ Redistribution of any of my artworks are strictly prohibited.☆ My artworks are prohibited to be used for NFTs or AI training.
